OnePlus: Inside its smartphone factory

BBC Click gets exclusive access the OnePlus factory in Shenzhen, China to see how the company's new 5T smartphone is made.

Most of the production line is still operated by humans with very little automation.

The heavy workload means that staff get a two hour lunch break and a 10 minute nap in the afternoon.
